I am so truly grateful that you are here. I think this community can be fun and educational. I am looking forward to learning from you.

You are probably here because we are friends in real life and in virtual life. AWESOME! As you are aware, I am pretty passionate about current events and all kinds of stuff. I love to learn and debate. I’ve been doing it on Facebook for years.

While I have enjoyed my conversations on FB and engaging my Super Smart Friends, I’ve found it to be a less desirable place to have hard conversations. Even though my Facebook feed is only accessible to my connections, it has slowly become a place where people fear talking about “taboo” subjects.

Luckily, Jay’s Jackassery is a located behind a paywall. All subjects, posts, and comments are private to the paying community. It’s the price of a pizza per year to join.

Again, I look forward to learning from you. I look forward to you “Fact Checking” me. I look forward to the civil discourse and sharing of ideas.
